SoapNuts are fruits that grow on trees. These fruits contain a natural substance called Saponin, which when dissolved in water, create mild suds. This soapy substance has remarkable detergent properties, easily replacing normal detergents. It works effectively by removing dirt and dissolving oils from clothes and other surfaces.

Use with a little essential oil for fragrance.
Instructions:
Washing machine: Add 6-8 soapnuts to the washbag (provided) and place inside the washing machine with your clothes. Suitable for use in both front and top loaders. Use warm/hot water for very soiled laundry. Add essential oil to the wash for fragrance.
Dishwasher: Place 5-6 soapnuts in the washbag and secure to the cutlery holder. You can add vinegar to the rinse aid dispenser for sparkling clean glasses.
Liquid Soap: Use as a general household and glass cleaner, shampoo, body wash, pest repellant or car wash. Simmer a handful of soapnuts on the stove in 4 cups of water for 10 minutes. Cool and strain liquid into a bottle.
Reuse shells 4-6 times and dispose of in compost bin.
