After we have received and confirmed your order, your goods are carefully packaged and gift wrapped, and delivered to your door. Yes, we specially gift wrap every order, with brown paper, vintage story books, buttons and twine. Lots of love and a dash of whimsy.
To give you peace of mind when you are shopping, we offer flat rate delivery fees, so you can shop to your hearts content, and free delivery throughout New Zealand if you spend over $150 :-)

Please note that there are some items which, due to size and weight restrictions, are only available for delivery within New Zealand. These are specified in the product description.
Rural deliveries are sometimes left at your local depot to be picked up. This is beyond our control. We do try our best to ensure the package is delivered to your door by writing this on the package for the courier to see.
PAYMENT OF GOODS
We happily accept Visa, Mastercard & American express via PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
You do not need to have a PayPal account to use it to pay for purchases. PayPal’s fraud prevention measures remain in effect for buyers who don't have a PayPal account.
Payment can be made directly into our bank account. Simply select payment by Online Banking at the checkout, and you will be given the bank account details to make your transfer. Goods will be shipped once payment has appeared in our account.
New Zealand law requires us to attach custom documentation to all international packages including a description of the goods and stating the cost. As we have no control over any Customs or import charges levied once the package reaches your country, these additional charges must be borne by you. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Generally, packages valued under $1000 do not incur any charges.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We specially select and design products which follow the Maisy & Grace philosophy and hope that you will be totally satisfied with your purchases.
If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item so that we can provide an appopriate remedy.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.
If your order has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately.
Should a refund be provided, it will be actioned within 7 days and will include the postage fee.
Personal information you provide to us will be used to ship our products to you and to contact you if necessary, for responding to your specific enquiry or mailing you product information, updates and offers.
We respect your privacy. We will not disclose any personal information (such as name, mailing address or email address) contained in your email to anyone, unless specifically requested in writing, by you.
